JW Marriott Hotel São Paulo will be converted from an existing luxury property and is anticipated to be Marriott International's first luxury hotel in São Paulo. The hotel is expected to open in Q2 2022.
Marriott International, Inc. announced today that it has entered into an agreement to open JW Marriott Hotel São Paulo at Parque da Cidade, a LEED-certified, Class A mixed-use complex located in one of the city's premier and thriving business districts. JW Marriott Hotel São Paulo will be converted from an existing luxury property and is anticipated to be Marriott International's first luxury hotel in São Paulo. The hotel is expected to open in Q2 2022.
Strategically located along Avenida Nações Unidas, close to the city's main business and exclusive entertainment areas, JW Marriott Hotel São Paulo will feature 258 spacious and well-appointed rooms, a full-service restaurant, a reserved lounge/bar, a luxurious spa with five treatment rooms, an indoor/outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and other high-end services. In addition, the hotel will offer six meeting spaces that will occupy more than 1,000 m², making it a privileged destination for business meetings and conferences.
The recent presence of global companies in the area has boosted corporate demand for hotels and continues to position Parque da Cidade and São Paulo as major global and tourism hubs, to be further enhanced by iconic brands such as JW Marriott.
