The Estancia Río Traful is located in the province of Neuquén within the Nahuel Huapi National Park, on the north bank of the Traful River, one of the most internationally renowned Argentine rivers and one of the most exquisite water tributaries in Patagonia as it has among its inhabitants to the Salmon Salar Sebago (Locked Salmon)
The astonishing scenery of the valley through which the tributary flows, only increases the mystique of this river,
given by the immaterial presence of great national and foreign fishermen who experienced the benefits
of it in its golden times. Among them, we can name Joe Brooks, José Evaristo Anchorena, and Jorge Donovan
among others, who were in charge of immortalizing its historical fishing epics in a large number of journalistic publications.
The estancia has 5 km of coastline on the Traful river and offers accommodation and fishing excursions for fly fishermen and their companions, outdoor activities such as trekking, horseback riding, and mountain biking.-
